What we collect and why.
Effective May 9, 2026. Crowe Logic, Inc. (Arizona).
We try to keep this short and honest. If something we do is not described here, we are probably not doing it. If you find a gap, email privacy@crowelogic.com and we will fix the policy or the practice.
Who this covers
This policy covers crowelogic.com, the Crowe Code workstation, and any other Crowe Logic, Inc. property that links back here. Standalone product properties (for example crowetalon.pro) publish their own policies that supersede this one for that property.
Marketing pages
The pages on crowelogic.com are statically generated HTML served from Railway. We do not run analytics, fingerprinting, session replay, or third-party tracking pixels on the marketing site. Server logs from our hosting provider record IP address, request path, user agent, and response code so the site can be operated and so we can investigate abuse. Those logs are retained per the hosting provider default and are not joined to any other data we hold.
Sales and support email
When you email sales@crowelogic.com or any other Crowe Logic mailbox, your message is delivered to a human inbox. We use the contents to respond to you, run a sale, deliver the service you asked for, and keep records. We do not feed inbound mail into a CRM unless you have an active paid relationship with us, and we do not sell or share the contents.
Crowe Code accounts
When you create a Crowe Code account, we store your email address and an authentication credential. If you subscribe, billing identifiers and the last four digits of your card are stored by Stripe; we never see the full card. We store usage counters (requests, tokens, sandbox time) so we can enforce plan limits and bill correctly. We do not store the contents of your prompts, completions, or files past the session unless you explicitly enable persistent memory on a plan that offers it.
Bring your own keys (BYOK)
If you connect your own provider key (Anthropic, Azure, OpenAI, NVIDIA, others), that key is stored encrypted at rest and is used only to make requests on your behalf. We do not log the key value. Provider responses pass through our infrastructure but are not retained server-side beyond what is needed for the live response, unless you have explicitly turned on session memory.
Payments
All paid plans use Stripe as the payment processor. Stripe receives your payment details directly. Their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy governs that processing. We receive a charge confirmation, the last four digits of the card, and your billing email so we can issue receipts and apply your plan.
Cookies
The marketing site sets no cookies. Authenticated product surfaces set a session cookie so you stay signed in. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not participate in cross-site ad networks.
Children
Our products are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact privacy@crowelogic.com and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to stop processing it, or take a copy with you. Email privacy@crowelogic.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you are in California, the EU, or the UK, the same address handles CPRA, GDPR, and UK GDPR requests.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects how we handle data we already hold, we will email anyone with an active account before the change takes effect. Routine clarifications get the same effective date update at the top of this page.
